- A fixed design fee
- A percentage of the total project cost for Project Management
- An hourly rate for specific work - some clients just want us for a couple of hours!
We’ll provide a clear fee proposal after discussing your brief and scope.
Only if you're modifying structural elements or services significantly. Most residential renovations proceed with an exemption or no consent required at all — we'll tell you upfront which applies to your project.
The earlier, the better. Ideally, engage an interior professional during the concept phase, so we can influence layout, structural changes, joinery, finishes, lighting, and more. Early involvement helps avoid costly changes down the track.
